Terms And Rules

1. Payment Rules

  • Service complete hote hi payment turant dena zaroori hai.
  • Agar customer payment delay kare to late fee ya legal action ho sakta hai.
  • Sirf approved payment methods (Cash, Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.) use kiye jaenge.

2. Safety Rules

  • Customer ko safe aur clean working area provide karna hoga.
  • Agar environment unsafe hua (electric shock risk, gas leak, etc.), to worker kaam refuse kar sakta hai.
  • Worker ki injury unsafe environment ki wajah se hui to zimmedari customer ki hogi.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Service cancel karni ho to minimum 24 ghante pehle inform karna hoga.
  • Last-minute cancelation par charges lagenge.
  • Rescheduling sirf company ke approval ke baad hogi.

4. Behaviour Rules

  • Customer ko worker ke sath respect aur tameez se baat karna hoga.
  • Abuse, badtameezi, ya forceful kaam karwane par service cancel ho jaegi.
  • Worker ko illegal ya unsafe kaam karne ke liye force nahi kiya ja sakta.

5. Liability Rules

  • Customer ke ghar/office mein agar chori ya koi personal saman ka nuksaan hota hai, company zimmedar nahi hogi.
  • Property damage sirf tab cover hoga jab clear proof ho ke worker ki negligence hui hai.
  • Company sirf service ke dauran ki responsibility leti hai, baad mein hone wale issues ki nahi (agar warranty na ho to).

6. Access & Permission

  • Customer ko worker ko proper access dena hoga (gate open, electricity/pani available).
  • Agar customer ne access late diya to delay charges lag sakte hain.

7. Service Scope Rules

  • Sirf wohi kaam hoga jo booking ke waqt confirm hua hai.
  • Extra kaam ke liye alag charges lagenge.
  • Worker apne tools layega, lekin agar special tools ki requirement ho to pehle batana hoga.

8. Dispute & Complaint Rules

  • Har complaint pehle company ke official WhatsApp/email par file karni hogi.
  • Company investigation ke baad hi action legi.
  • Dispute ka final faisla company management karegi.

9. Proof of Service

  • Service complete hone ke baad customer sign/OTP/feedback dega.
  • Sign/OTP ke baad service closed samjhi jaegi.

10. Warranty & Guarantee (optional)

  • Agar aap warranty dete ho to clearly likho (jaise 7 din workmanship warranty).
  • Warranty sirf normal use ke liye valid hai, misuse ya damage cover nahi hoga.
