Built on-site,not in a boardroom
Started as a two-man welding crew in Karachi, grew into a 40-city HVAC, mechanical and fabrication contractor — without changing how we treat a client's site.
Fourteen years of jobs no one else wanted to touch
EST. 2012, KARACHI
We started in a rented workshop in Karachi, taking on fabrication jobs bigger contractors turned down because they required HVAC, piping and structural work under one roof. Most shops specialized in one trade and subcontracted the rest — we didn't have the overhead for that, so we just learned all three.
That combination became the reason clients kept calling back. A site manager didn't need to coordinate three vendors and referee disagreements between them. One team scoped it, one team built it, one team stood behind it.
Today the same principle runs every job, just at a bigger scale. We're still run by engineers, not account managers — the person who scopes your site is the same team that signs off on it at handover.
Growth, for us, has mostly meant saying yes to harder jobs: bigger plants, tighter deadlines, sites where downtime costs real money. The workshop got bigger. The standard didn't change.
Three things we don't compromise on
Documented, not verbal
Every job closes with a commissioning report and as-built drawings — not a handshake.
One crew, start to finish
The engineer who surveys your site is accountable through fabrication and install — no hand-offs between teams.
Answer the emergency call
Field crews across 40+ cities exist for one reason: showing up when a client's system goes down.
How we got here
Growth, one difficult job at a time — scroll to see the full run.

What fourteen years adds up to
We built this company around jobs that needed more than one trade to finish properly. Fourteen years later, that's still the only kind of job we take.
